Mcilrath Properties is a family-owned custom home builder and renovation contractor in Greenville, Texas. We build ground-up custom homes on your land, semi-custom homes from proven plans, and renovate kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes, and storm-damaged houses across Rockwall, Hunt, and Collin counties.

Building a custom home is different from buying a finished house. Before you choose a plan, buy land, or finalize selections, you need to understand site conditions, budget, utilities, design direction, financing, and timeline. Every day, we sit down with families and help them take the next step with a practical plan instead of guesswork.

Together, the goal is simple: help your home stay beautiful, buildable, and aligned with the budget before construction begins. That means builder input before major commitments, a clearer handoff from planning to construction, and fewer surprises during the build.
